Everything was straight forward. Nick did everything he could to keep me updated on my delivery status via calls and email. The delivery was really quick- very pleasantly suprised how easy the whole process was!

High end brands were always known for their customer service. Now, the cars have become more and more plastic and there is now a DIY service check-in and check-out. It has put me off buying BMW in the future.

Requested that car be ready by 15:30 for collection with communications received early afternoon to say it was ready earlier - issue resolved quickly on the payment that was all very professional and efficient

I was kept well informed as to progress with my repair. Able to wait in a very comfortable waiting area while the repair was carried out. Whole process only took 2 hours!

The service contact i had to deal with Samantha was very professional, however the IN HOUSE, that's a laugh, warranty adviser Marty Dixon and service manager Neil Tippings were a disgrace to BMW. They didn't even have the decency to talk to me.
